Au mois de juillet 2022, Heritage Resorts a organis\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re Semaine de la gastronomie durable \u00e0 Maurice, avec pour invit\u00e9 d\u2019honneur le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 lyonnais Christian T\u00eatedoie. Un rendez-vous d\u00e9sormais annuel. La gastronomie durable, c\u2019est privil\u00e9gier les aliments qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits et distribu\u00e9s suivant des pratiques respectueuses de l\u2019environnement, tout en favorisant les produits locaux et de saison. Ram Appadoo, chef au Ch\u00e2teau de Bel Ombre, nous en explique les enjeux.<\/p>
