But : dynamiser et moderniser son image, mais aussi et surtout red\u00e9finir la vision strat\u00e9gique du groupe et de ses m\u00e9tiers (Fintech, h\u00f4tellerie, logistique, immobilier), le tout en r\u00e9sonance avec la promesse forte de \u00ab Co-creating meaningful opportunities \u00bb.<\/p><p>Cette d\u00e9marche fait suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion entam\u00e9e en avril 2019 afin de tracer un futur commun, amener des solutions innovantes et cr\u00e9er de la valeur pour les clients et les partenaires du groupe. Pour impulser ce nouveau souffle, le socle de la culture d\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 restructur\u00e9 autour de trois ma\u00eetres-mots.<\/p><p>Si le Leadership et l\u2019Agilit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9s, le Dynamisme a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers l\u2019Excellence. Ces trois valeurs constituent d\u00e9sormais l\u2019ADN du groupe (lire par ailleurs) et sont au c\u0153ur de tout ce qu\u2019il entreprend. Une identit\u00e9 r\u00e9ajust\u00e9e qui forge aussi une vision de la marque plus puissante et plus attractive.
